By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered on our Site (such as credit card or PayPal). All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, and Smell Essence Elixirs does not store your complete payment details.
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our returns process below.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display the correct prices and descriptions, but errors or changes may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing mistakes. In such cases, we may not process the affected order or may adjust the order at our discretion.
We offer shipping to customers in the United States and many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped from Charlottesville, Virginia. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for additional cost.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and may take 10–21 business days or more due to customs processing. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.
Shipping Carriers: We use reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at the email above. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product (for example, a different size or scent), contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will cover return shipping costs if the exchange is due to our error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any shipping charges) within 5–10 business days. Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit.
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Smell Essence Elixirs or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
We provide our products and the Site on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smell Essence Elixirs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products you purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Charlottesville, Virginia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
